As an administrator you can manage your e-mail continuity users and any domain aliases using our simple web interface.

We do not charge per mailbox as many of our competitors do. Our prices are a flat fee per month depending on the plan you choose. Pricing is on a per domain basis and is in addition to the regular price for store & forward for a domain.

Question: Do you do any virus scanning of e-mails?
Answer: Yes we scan e-mails for viruses.
Question: How does your e-mail continuity service work?
Answer: Our e-mail continuity service is offered as an upgraded feature on a per domain name basis. It allows the ability to add all your e-mail users and provide them access to login to their individual mailboxes. This is extremely helpful if your mail server is down for an extended period of time. While logged in, your e-mail users can utilize our webmail client and compose/reply/forward e-mails and view or send attachments. You can add the e-mail continuity service by clicking on the "webmail upgrade" link next to a domain after your account has been created and you have added your domain.
Question: How do I add users?
Answer: Once you enable the e-mail continuity on a domain by clicking on the "webmail upgrade" link next to a domain within your account, you can add/delete/modify users by going into the "Manage Webmail Users" section of a domain.
Question: What if I have another domain with the same e-mail addresses?
Answer: You can add additional domains as an alias to an existing domain with e-mail continuity as long as the e-mail addresses are the same for both domains.
Question: Can I synchronize users from my mail server to your e-mail continuity service?
Answer: At this time we do not offer any synchronization feature.
Question: Can my users access the queued e-mail with POP or IMAP access?
Answer: At this time users can only access queued messages via a web browser and by logging into our system.
